The importance in hygiene and food safety processes are responsible for the quality presented by companies in this sector. Each time a product of quality and compliance with a more demanding legislation in those processes is requested. The meat industries must control the critical areas that need specific protocols of control and surveillance in terms of HA and Food Safety, from the breeding to its final processing. In this sense ecobac develops the necessary systems, chemistries and tools to achieve complete control of these tasks, as well as protocols to improve them.
